To apply for UMLA JumpStart funding please complete the following steps:

Complete ALL JumpStart application information.

Personally obtain 1 letter of endorsement from a Community leader.

Attend a UMLA registration & complete OLA / UMLA registration forms.
Pay the $30 UMLA fund raising fee & $10 registration fee (not covered by JumpStart)

Take completed JumpStart form & letter of endorsement to Amanda Ferraro @ Uxpool NO LATER than March 14/11 to be eligible for 2011 funding

All successful applicants will be contact by the UMLA Registrar
