HOUSE LEAGUE & REP LACROSSE FOR BOYS & GIRLS AGES 3 TO 21

Girls’ Rep Teams with Girls playing only with Girls, in addition to regular Boys’ programs, will be offered at all age groups!!!! 

All Girls will be offered REDUCED registration rates Tyke and above!

Uxbridge Arena • Wed. Feb.10, 6:30pm – 8:30pm • Sat. Mar.6, 9am - Noon

Port Perry Arena • Sat. Feb 20, 9am – Noon • Sat. Mar.13, Noon – 3pm

 Peanut (2007 & 2006) $75 - Paperweight (2005 & 2004) $125

Tyke (2003 & 2002) & Novice (2001 & 2000) $195 - Peewee (1999 & 1998), Bantam (1997 & 1996),

Midget (1995 & 1994) & Intermediate (1993-1992) $225

“SPECIAL” INTRODUCTORY GIRLS’ RATES

• Peanut $75 • Paperweight $125 • Tyke & Novice $145 • Peewee - Intermediate $175

There will be an ADDITIONAL $30 fundraising fee - $50 late fee after Mar.13 - $25 NSF charge.

Post-dated cheques accepted

All NEW Peanuts & Paperweights, Girls or Boys, will receive a FREE STICK upon registering!!!

ALL New Players MUST bring a copy of proof of Date of Birth (eg. new style Health Card, Birth Certificate)
