UMLA 2015 Official Refund Policy
The Uxbridge Minor Lacrosse Association charges a $25 cancellation fee for all refunds issued prior to April 1, 2015 to cover registration costs to the OLA.
After April 1, 2015 & until players are on the floor, if there is a refund for any reason (conflict of times, change of heart, unable to play due to an injury etc.) a $50 fee is deducted from the refund total, which will cover the cost of the H/L Jersey, shorts & registration costs with OLA.
Once the season starts, until the second week on the floor, a $100 fee is deducted from the refund total.
After the third week no refund is given.
All requests for refunds must be in writing to the UMLA Treasurer and include: Childs name, H/L Coaches name, Person to issue refund to (must be same as original 'payee'), Date of request & Reason for refund.
